GILLIAN's Story...
Isn't this little girl absolutely beautiful! That's what everyone will be saying when they lay eyes on gorgeous Gillian, your new family addition. She's a female Border Collie/Terrier mix, and she was 11 weeks old when she came to PAWS on 7-03-13. She and her brothers and sisters were abandoned close to a person's home. The kind person who found them couldn't keep them and asked PAWS to take them. Baby Gillian is just a lovely little puppy, and she would give anything for a home and loving family of her own. She has a great disposition; she's just as sweet as she can be; she does well with other dogs; and she's just an all around great little puppy. Come meet this darling little girl---she's a fine puppy!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GILLIAN, a Anna Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Border Collie for sale in Anna, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Anna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Border Collie breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anna paves the way for another one to be saved.
