We'll never know exactly how Scotty landed on the back roads of Arkansas as a stray, but we'll always be grateful that someone found him and wanted to help. They contacted a rescue group who happily whisked Scotty away to a foster home where he got his first bath, his first good meal and more attention than he'd ever dreamed possible!! And now HE is the grateful one!! Scotty loves to play, loves to give kisses and loves to learn everything that his foster family is teaching him. We think Scotty is about 10 weeks old, he's healthy and he looks like he'll be a medium sized boy fully grown. We have no idea what his true mix is but that pathetic look is killer!!!
