This gorgeous young man is Simba, a husky mix that is a little over 3 years old. Simba came to us from our Newark facility in search of a great new home. Simba was adopted out once, but returned when they could no longer care for him. What a happy guy Simba is! Simba is very friendly, outgoing, and loves life. He is very puppyish too! He gives you a wide-eyed puppy-gaze when you say his name and go to take him out for a walk, and he gets an enormous smile on his face when new friends come to see him. Simba is overjoyed to go in our exercise yard and has a blast tossing toys around and running from tree to tree to see who was there before him. This young man has lots of energy and would love a nice, secure yard to run and play in. Simba has had some training but will need just a little more for leash-walking. Don't worry though, he's a fast learner! Simba is strong, but quite gentle when he plays. He seems to love everyone he meets although he would prefer a home with no cats. This boy with the beautiful eyes is very optimistic that he'll have a wonderful home of his own real soon. Maybe you'll be that special someone to give him one! 7/23/13 File#22668
