My name is Sapphire!

American Pit Bull Terrier Mix Puppy for adoption in San Diego, California - Sapphire

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sapphire's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sapphire's Story...
This is one of the lovely puppies from Gwen's liter, she is also available for adoption on our page.

Sapphire is an adorable fawn & White girl :-)

Sapphire is way more layed back then her sister.
She is the mellow one of the group.
She would rather be with people than the other animals.
She is very good with all the animals but her choice would be a human companion.
If she gets too excited with the kitten she's the only one that will actually stop when we correct her. She is very eager to please and listens better than the rest.
If they take off I have to pick the others up and carry them but she will follow out to the yard or into the room by herself.
She is always looking up to us to see what we want. She's my favorite that way.
She will be easy to train. Plus she is beautiful. She is also quick to show her belly for you to get a belly rug or to show she is submissive to the other dogs.
She is the best at coming when you call her.

All puppies are officially adoptable after September 20th .

Presently the pups are 13 weeks of age.

All shots required!

We are excepting applications at this point in time for review, we decide the homes for our dogs in need by the best fit for that particular dog.

If you are interested in being considered please fill out our adoption application located on our website:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sapphire, a San Diego American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in San Diego, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
