Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful young lady is Rue, an American Eskimo/shepherd mix that is a little over 1 1/2 years old. Rue has been let down too many times in her short life, and she is now looking for, and deserves, the best home ever. Rue was given up once when she was just a young pup, for being too puppyish, then abandoned in a home all by herself after that. Rue is now a bit timid around new people which is understandable, but she has such a love for people and such a beautiful personality, that she gets over her shyness very quickly. Rue is extremely outgoing and friendly, and never met anyone she didn't like. Rue gets along with some dogs, and even some well-behaved cats. She is well behaved and will sit nicely when asked, but could use some training with leash-walking. Rue just loves to run and play and would love a home where she will get plenty of exercise and attention. Rue is very affectionate too and bonds very well with people. She is wondering what she has done to deserve the treatment she has received in her previous homes, and we're going to prove to her that she deserves the very best, and we'll find a family that will give that to her!
