My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Felan’s Foster Home is located in Youngstown, Fl near Panama City, Fl

Felan is between 1 or 2 years of age. He is a Red Sable, Male German Shepherd. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm preventative.

Felan name meaning celtic for “Wolf” was originally Rescued from a high kill shelter, picked up as a stray. Felan is extremely high energy and needs a family that will provide a lot of activity and mental/physical stimulation. He is obsessed with his Kong toys and therefore could very well be excellent as a working K9 i.e. Search and Rescue or All purpose Police K9 for those interested in a working dog. Felan also knows German commands, is extremely obedient, is not stop on the go all the time. He needs a fenced in yard, and someone that has a lot of time to spend with him. He is also crate trained but if left alone and becomes bored he will tear up furniture. This is why he needs an extremely active Family or be placed into a Working K9 Job. Felan is good with other dogs, and children. A home without cats is preferred.
