Zeus's Story...
This dog is ready to listen to whatever you are saying, see how attentive he is? He like many others that come into the shelter may have owners that fall on hard times..or they may have ahd a home, but got turned out and then brought in to animal control as a stray, .some of them have been trained, even housebroken. Tha't s why visiting the shelter and taking a chance on a homeless dog often proves to be a great choice. The shelter address: 650 John Howell Memorial Drive in Linconton. 704 736 -4125 , Open 6 days a week; M-Sat 11 to 4:30 . Closed Sunday. Adoption fee of 85.00 includes the spay or neuter , another disease preventative vaccine and a rabies vaccine, a microchip, as well as worming and a new bonus, 30 days of free insurance..Incredible. There is a family friendly adoption room too.. The shelter does do same day adoptions these dogs dont' have forever, so please, don't delay! thanks for considering a homeless shelter pet
.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeus, a Lincolnton American Pit Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
