Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of this cat. We take no responsibility for her health and medical records. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this.

Karma is a beautiful and sweet little girl. She is shy at first but very loving once she knows you. Karma will roll over and show you her tummy so she can get a tummy rub. She is use to dogs and handling and kissed a lot so once she settles in she should be a wonderful additional to your home. Karma was rescued from a parking lot because there was a man shooting at the cats with a BB gun. Karma is spayed and current on vaccines.

Bombays are congenial, outgoing and make intelligent, affectionate companions. They adapt well to busy life styles and usually get along with children, elders and other pets. The Bombay generally combines the easy going temperament and robust nature of the American Shorthair and the social, inquisitive, lap-loving character of the Burmese.

If you would like more information on Karma, please contact Maria at dashenka2011@gmail.com. Please know Karma is not in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home but residing with her caretaker in Merced, CA who is placing her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Karma, a Davis Bombay cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bombay for sale in Davis, or seeking a Bombay cat from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bombay breeders who help with Bombay rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
