Simba's Story...
Simba! A gentle energetic boy who is a total love! He is an indoor/outdoor dog and gets in the car with ease. He really wants to love you and be with you.. He was brought to our rescue by no fault of his own; he was found as a stray and his irresponsible 'family' didnt have a collar with ID tag OR a microchip in him... So we gave him both. He will never be homeless again! We just know you will fall in total love with this boy!
****If you have availability to FOSTER him for us, we would be greatly appreciative! We would like to keep him out of a cage/boarding if at all possible. Our group will supply the food and vetting while in your care. Note: Fosters ALWAYS get first dibbs on adoption. With no commitment, you can try it and see if he is the right fit for you and yours!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simba, a Whittier German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Whittier, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Whittier.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Whittier already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Whittier breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Whittier paves the way for another one to be saved.
