My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET LOLLY! This 3 year old girl is super sweet and good with dogs of all sizes, but not with cats. She loves affection and will rub on you like a cat and then flop over for a belly rub. Lolly does not like storms and will need a home willing to work with her storm phobia.

Update 10-14-2013 Lolly has been doing great so far. She’s been very busy playing at the dog park and with my dog, Chops. I haven’t had to use a choke collar or walking harness. Actually, she walks great on the leash– no pulling at all. I tried taking a few pictures but she’s very wiggly. I attached some of the better ones if you want to update on the site.

FOSTER UPDATE 10-22-13: Lolly is still coughing a bit, although it hasn’t increased in frequency. She hasn’t had any discharge from her nose, so hopefully that’s a sign that it’s not something too serious.

The coughing hasn’t stopped her from playing, though! She loves playing with her foster brother and it’s often hard to pry them apart! She’s still doing great on the leash– no choke collar or walking harness needed, however she does tend to get excited when she spots other people and dog friends. I’ve also experienced firsthand how amazing she is with small children. My niece is almost 2, and Lolly is so gentle– she lets my niece give her lots of hugs and then rolled over for a tummy rub! She has a lot of energy but definitely knows when its time to settle down. Here’s a picture of Lolly with her foster brother after a day of playing at the park!
