My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Doc's breed mix is a bit of a mystery, the shelter has him listed a boxer mix, he is short! Looks to be about 15 lbs and definitely has a long basset body and open chest and leg turn out. . He also has a cute underbite. Doc is 3 year s old. he is already neutered and since he was surrendered, he is probably housebroken. He is sociable and gets along with other dogs , kids and adults. He ws super easy to walk on a leash too. This is a g reat find if you are looking for a smaller dog .
the Lincoln County Shelter has a great adoption friendly interaction room you can take your other pet or your family to visit with them.
The shelter is at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive ,(off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30 , Mon-sat. Ph: 704 736 4125. you can adopt the same day and the dog then goes to the vet to be spayed or neutered and you pick up at the vets. but since Doc is already neutered, he' s ready to go the same day! For only 85.00 you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, disease preventative vaccination a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free pet health insurance. Thanks for looking!
