Bob's Story...
**Bob is located in Algonquin, IL **

Did you hear the news? Black is IN! Bob is a sweetheart and waiting for a chance to move into his new home with you. Bob is a laid back cat but still enjoys sharing times with other cats and his foster mom. He also has a twin brother named Domino that he would like to be adopted out with if possible. Please consider giving a black cat a chance...black cats make the best pets!

Fill out an adoption application at http://www.illinoisanimalrescueinc.org/adoption-application/view/form.html.

All cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on their vaccinations, feline leukemia/FIV tested, per age; treated for fleas/ticks and urgently awaiting adoption!
The dogs and cats are so very appreciative of your support. Together we can save these forsaken loving 'innocents' who are condemned to death.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bob, a Palatine Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Palatine, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Palatine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palatine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palatine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palatine paves the way for another one to be saved.
