Hello World!
My name is Missy -- and I’m a sweet, affectionate and pretty Bichon girl of six. Dad says I'm 13 pounds of love in a very cute package. I tell him I’m not a package, Dad. I’m a FurKid!
MissyMom says I’m great with kids and cats, housebroken, love to be groomed and touched and want to please. She says I have the cutest way of cocking my head to one side when she talks – and then I listen very intently. It’s because Mom is so good and kind and I want to learn everything I possibly can.
Although I had a pretty rocky road before I became a FurKid, you would never know it. I pranced happily into Mom and Dad’s home and snuggled right up to them and my human foster sister.
Also, since I became a FurKid I had this thing called an operation (my recovery was amazing and fast!) and I’ve been around these beings called ‘dogs.’ Surprisingly I had not been around dogs before – only cats. Each day I get lots of experiences what Mom calls ‘life.’ And each day I’m becoming happier and more socialized.
Most of all I’m just a little girl who wants to be loved – and return the favor. I’m content to lie in your arms and cuddle for all I’m worth. (Mom says that makes me irresistible.)
Since I’m shy with new people (but not my foster family), I need someone who is willing to work with me and help me to learn that the world is a safe place. Then I can become that happy and relaxed little girl who is inside of me all the time.
So, if you're looking for a sweet, loveable, shy, pretty, cheerful and VERY adorable little girl, have a nice yard for sunning and relaxing, and a heart filled with love, please ask for me! I’ll be watching for your application.
