Champ is an adorable TINY 9 year old chi surrendered because his owner was moving and had too many pets. He is a cute little guy who loves attention, but on his terms and can be cranky at times. He gets along well with other dogs and needs someone who understands Chihuahuas and their quirks. Please submit an application if you are interested.
