Citizens For North Phoenix Strays is a non-profit, 501c3, 100% volunteer, no kill animal rescue organization that has been "Helping People, Help Animals"TM since before 1993. We are here to share our knowledge, information and resources to help educate and facilitate efforts so more people are able to come to the aid and welfare of the animals. CNPS will encourage, assist and support anybody, anywhere that needs help saving an animal’s life.
