Rescue FAQs

PAW Pals of Hale Center was founded in March 2016. We are a small, volunteer based rescue in Hale Center, TX (about 30 miles north of Lubbock). PAW Pals works to rehome dogs impounded by the City of Hale Center who are not reclaimed. We also routinely pull dogs from high-kill shelters in the area, focusing on the small town shelters who have no adoption group to help out. We are a partner rescue with Project Freedom Ride and have monthly transports to the PNW and the NE.
