Once an application is submitted you will hear from an adoption counselor within 2-5 business days for a phone interview. After the interview your references will be checked. Please complete the form in detail, leaving no fields empty or not filled in with complete and accurate information. The more accurate the faster the application can be approved. The answers you give on this application will also help us to find the best possible match between you and the dogs available through FUREVER HOME RESCUE (“FHR”). Furever Home Rescue is a new rescue that offers another chance to animals that were no longer wanted or has been abandoned at shelters. We rescue and care for them with love, patience and rehabilitation so they can to become amazing companions.
Although we do specialize in dogs in the working and herding groups we are NOT a breed specific rescue.
We save dogs because we believe they deserve to live the rest of their lives with love and dignity. We are advocates for all dogs who cannot be advocates for themselves. Our dogs are in foster homes or boarded until permanent homes can be found for them. With your generous assistance, we can provide care, nurturing, and rehabilitation to these and other animals that otherwise would not have made it out of area shelters.
