Always and Furever Midwest Animal Sanctuary's Adoption Process
1. Submit Application
Applications are done on Shelterluv
2. Approve Application
Adoption coordinator checks references, personal and vet.
3. Interview
Adoption coordinator calls to talk with applicant prior to giving full approval
4. Home Check
As needed - in person or online
5. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
6. Sign Adoption Contract
7. Take the Pet Home
Applicants are reviewed thoroughly. They apply online, we conduct background and phone calls. Once we call and have a discussion we decide to approve or not. Then set up an appt to meet an animal. We will not let anyone adopt a dog we do not feel would be a good fit for their home.

The mission of Always & Furever Midwest Animal Sanctuary is to provide our senior furry friends a home in a loving, healthy living room setting. Here they can comfortably live out their lives, be they measured in weeks, months or years.

By appointment only, we are not open to the public. We have adoption events around the metro KC area which are posted on our Facebook page. They inlcude, but are not limited to, PetSmart, Treats Unleashed, 3 Dog Bakery.
