Pepper’s Pals Rescue is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering homeless, neglected, and medical-needs dogs in the NW Phoenix Valley. With the help of volunteer foster families, we aspire to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and needs.
