TNR Initiative of Livingston

This group is to assist residents and businesses in the unincorporated portions of Livingston Parish with over-population control of feral cats and kittens. This is strictly for those outside of the city limits within Livingston Parish that aren't typically covered by the local organizations. Through the TNR program, we will be able to offer assistance and guidance, as well as the education on the need for Trap Neuter Release.
