Rescue FAQs

We are Karen and Tim Cox, a couple doing independent rescue work and colony caretaking in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. We practice TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return), rescue and adoption of friendly cats and socialization when community cats are ready to retire to the indoor VIP life. We partner with other rescuers in the Neighborhood Animal Rescue Network of Central Brooklyn ( NARN-CB) to improve the lives of as many kitties as resources allow us to!

Additional adoption info

Our cats are all in foster home, or staying with us in our home. Please fill out the Adoption Application and then we’ll be in touch shortly to do a virtual interview /home check for safety reasons. We will then connect you with the foster parent(s) so you can meet the kitty you’re interested in with the option to take the cat home from the meet and greet. We are also open to Foster-to-Adopt!
