K9 Companions 4 Life is a small all volunteer rescue group that uses foster homes for the rescue dogs until they can find their forever homes. The dogs come from shelters that are often faced with euthanizing healthy, adoptable dogs simply because they have no room. All dogs are up to date on shots, vet checked, heart worm tested, and spayed or neutered before adoption. If age appropriate.

We will consider out of state adoption, we do require a home visit, and if for any reason you can longer keep you adopted dog, it must be returned to our rescue.

our dogs are age appropriate fully vetted before being available for adoption, this includes spay or neuter heartworm tested, DHLPP, Bortella, and rabies vaccinations.
We require a Pre-Adoption application to be filled out, which
includes two personnal references, and a vet reference. We
also require a home check to ensure that the dog you are
interested in is a good match for your family and your home.
We require an adoption contract be signed that requires our dogs to be returned to us in the event that you are no longer able to care for them
Adoption donation reflects the cost incurred for the vet care the dog has recieved, this allows us to give another dog a chance.
