Areas as far south as San Diego and Imperial County, east to the state borders, west to the coast line and north into the central valley areas of California.

Home checks are performed by volunteers in person or in some cases other arrangements can be made.
Adoptions are done in person where adopters meet the dogs in person, get an orentation with the dog and start a trail period of two weeks.
There are adoption fees assocated with adoptions.
2-3 week trial period at home with pet.

If you feel this is a good time for you to consider the adoption of a rescue bulldog, we encourage you to fill out an on line application prior to asking to meet any of the bulldogs for adoption. Without an application, you will most likely will be asked to provide information though a series email exchanges that will delay you meeting any bulldogs in this rescue program.

Want to know more about the bulldog rescue community in Southern California and be more active in this dedicated group of bulldog owners? We have beauty contests, meet-ups and picnics located though out Southern California and welcome other bulldog owners and guests.
Dogs are matched to applications, and not placed on a 'first come basis'.
The objective is to match rescued Bulldogs with the most suitable adopter.
1. Applications are required before any arrangements can be made to meet any of the bulldogs. No exceptions.
2. Home checks are required.
3. In order to facilitate home checks and post-adoption follow-up/questions, our dogs must be placed in Southern California only. If you reside in Northern California, please contact the rescue in your area.
