Adoption steps
- InterviewPlease fill out an online questionnaire for review at www.hthhs.org/adoptionprocess.Once approved, move to step 2.
- Sign Adoption ContractSubmit the adoption agreement online: www.hthhs.org/adoptionprocess.
We will then email and invoice for fee payment.
www.paypal.me/hthhs - Take the Pet HomeOnce all applications are submitted, and fee payment is complete, we will set up an appointment to pick up your pet!!
- Sign Adoption ContractIf its a match, you fill out the Adoption Agreement and pay the Adoption Fee sent to your phone as a link.
- Take the Pet HomeUpon completion of steps 1-4, you can make an appointment to pick up your new family member!
