Rescue FAQs

We are a non-profit Rescue for both dogs and cats on 9 acres in Marble Falls, Tx. We are also a Sanctuary for cats that have been abandoned, surrendered, living with FeHIV and FeLeukemia.

Our Mission: to give every dog and cat at the Rescue a second chance to find their forever home. Our Sanctuary is a Safe Haven for cats that have had no where else to go, to live out their lives in comfort, safety, and with the love of our compassionate volunteers.

We work with the Animal Control Facilities in Cottonwood Shores, Marble Falls and Granite Shoals. We move Animals that have overstayed their time to our NO KILL Shelter whenever possible.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. Must be 21 or over.
      Go to livingloveanimalrescue.org to submit adoption application Submitting does not obligate you to adop
  2. Approve Application
    1. Once approved will call you for an appointment
  3. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
    1. All animals are spayed/neutered, have had core vaccines.
      Dogs tested for heart worms
      All are microchipped, dewormed, on flea preventative
  4. Pay Fee
    1. With accept cash, check, credit card

We match you with your forever friend. Our wish is for all animals to experience a safe nurturing environment which includes room to run, safety, regular veterinarian care and the love of a human.
