Additional adoption info
We require that you and your family make an appointment to come out to the ranch to meet your selected rescue dog. You will be asked to fill out an application and once your application has been approved (generally a few days) you can then complete our Adoption Contract when you come back to pick up your dog. We ask that you do NOT bring your dog with you for your initial meeting as they tend to be nervous & intimidated by all of the other barking dogs. This has proven NOT to be a beneficial first introduction for the dogs involved.
Basic adoption fees start at $75.00 if the dog has already been spayed/neutered. Otherwise, the adoption fee would be based on actual veterinarian costs for that animal. All dogs will be spayed/neutered and brought up to date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
We do require that all dogs adopted have an adequately fenced yard or secured area, at least initially during their first several months with you while they bond with you, your family and their new surroundings.
