Rescue FAQs

We are a Los-Angeles based rabbit welfare group that provides education on rabbit care, promotes spay/neuter of companion rabbits, and helps find homes for abandoned rabbits in Los Angeles County. Our founder, Michelle Kelly, PhD, has helped establish successful adoption programs for rabbits in public animal shelters. She is also a licensed educator and Chapter Manager for House Rabbit Society.

Additional adoption info

Our rabbit adoption fee includes the neuter, vaccination and micro chip (we do not adopt out unaltered rabbits under any circumstances). Rabbits must live in an indoor, cage-free environment. Exercise pens that are at least 4' x 4' with additional run time in a rabbit-proofed room are acceptable. Note: We do not adopt out of the Greater Los Angeles area unless the adopter has previously adopted from us.
