Rescue FAQs

GreenePets Foster Network was founded in 2004, and became a nonprofit in 2005. We are housed in a commercial boarding kennel with space partially donated by All Creatures Country Club.. All of our dogs undergo training to some degree, which is why the fees are higher. It costs money to pay trainers, and all Malinois are started for police work or search and rescue. GreenePets adoption efforts also help fund CrittersWork Service Dog Partners, Inc. our nonprofit Service Dog Training organization. GreenePets Foster Network, Inc. will adopt out of state as well.
We primarily serve Upper East Tennessee, but with our special rehabilitation programs, we do accept dogs from other areas.

Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fees are based on the services provided to each dog or puppy. Our adoption fee is $200.00 to $5,000.00.

Potential adopters are required to provide a vet reference, have a fenced yard, and when needed provide an onsite home study. Approved adopters are required to sign an adoption contract plus a release voluntary waiver of liability. We reserve the right to decline any adoption.

It is the policy of the board of directors of this organization not to adopt dogs and puppies into families or people living in apartments or condos.
