Rescue FAQs

Maggie's Mission has been rescuing animals from ill fate since 2014. With a team of nearly 100 volunteers and foster families, we have rescued and placed thousands of dogs, cats, horses and critters. Puppies (Under One Year Old): $300 Adult Dogs (One to Eight Years Old): $250 Senior Dogs (Over Eight Years Old): $100 Kittens (Under One Year Old): $100 Adult Cats (Over One Year Old): $75 Critters: Adoption Fee Varies Horses: Adoption Fee Varies
Maggie's Mission adopts animals to a three-hour radius of Akron, Ohio.
