Rescue FAQs

Striving to improve the lives of strays and ferals in the New Prague and surrounding Scott County area. We trap, neuter, and release feral cats. Adoptable felines receive vet care then are listed as available for adoption for a nomimal fee. Making a difference, one cat at a time.

Wee3beasties: Saving the Strays is a 501c3 non-profit rescue organization focused on improving the lives of strays and feral cats. The felines we rescue are, age appropriately, vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and checked for FIV/FeLV. All felines are dewormed and treated for any identified medical issue. Adults and older kittens are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption fees: $50 for adults and $60 for kittens. Younger kittens require a signed spay/neuter agreement.
