Pawsitive Outreach Spay/Neuter Alliance is a small but very dedicated and effective non-profit group whose main mission is providing affordable spay/neuter assistance to low income pet owners and stray and feral animals. We also maintain a small shelter, and several local foster homes with adoptable animals.
