To Promote The Public Health and Welfare Through Education, Enforcement And Promotion Of Responsible Pet Ownership.

We envision reuniting lost pets with their owners; placing animals in caring and responsible homes; educating the community about responsible pet ownership; and controlling and maintaining the issue of unwanted, stray and neglected animals as humanely as possible.
