New Feature: Set default adoption fees

You can now set default (global) adoption fees for all your dogs and cats on Adopt a Pet! The default adoption fee will automatically appear on each pet’s profile—saving you time by reducing adopter questions and increasing confidence in your organization.

How it works: Type your fees (whole numbers) in the new “Default Adoption Fee” fields on your My Shelter/Rescue Info page and click “Update” to save.

You can still save unique fees on individual pets.  For example, if your default adult dog fee is $75 but Fido's fee is $50, you can change Fido's fee by editing his "Adoption Fee for This Pet" on his listing from your My Pet List. Or, if your software is importing/uploading individual fees, those display on your pets.

Please email us at helpdesk@adoptapet.com if you have any questions about this new feature
