Meet the gorgeous, sweet and independent lady we call Pamela! She is in an Edmonton foster home. This sweetheart is a medium-energy gal who would do well in almost any type of family. She has great house manners, is crate trained, and loves to play with other dogs her age. At 37 pounds, she is full grown. She has already been taught to "sit" and is learning how to walk nicely on leash.

I sure would like a human forever family. Let me tell you more about me – because maybe you’d like to pick me for your very own! I have the sweetest disposition, and I am very calm and gentle. I love to play with my toys even if nobody else is around to join in! I am a sun seeker and can happily sleep in a patch of sunshine in the living room but I also like my foster mom's lounge chair on the deck!
I like a good game of chase, tug or keep-away with other doggie friends but when it's time for me to eat, I prefer to dine without furry companions, thank you very much. I love when my foster mom brushes me, it feels SO GOOD! I could let you brush me and scratch me all day long! I'm mostly an independent gal and I don't need a lot of attention from you so I promise that I won't be any trouble. I haven't been taught to "come" when you call me yet but maybe the right person is out there who will help me to learn!? I am not a perfect dog, but maybe we can be imperfect together? I will love you forever if you just give me the chance.
They think I am about 5 years old and I probably had a family at some point but mainly I know the streets as "home". I am pretty relaxed and happy to just curl up in a soft bed in my kennel at night time and I sleep soundly.
