Say hello to Memphis! Memphis is approximately 5-6 years old and such a goofy dog! He is absolutely obsessed with his Kong toys and can entertain himself for hours if you let him! Memphis is the brother to Angel (also adopted through our rescue) and was surrendered by a retired military gentleman that could no longer care for them. He is such a sweet boy and really loves humans! He does well on a leash and loves playing with ALL other dogs! He also does well with cats and children! Memphis is both house and crate trained, quiet, fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative so he is 100% ready to join a loving family!
Our adoption process begins with you meeting Memphis. Feel free to schedule a play date with him and your existing dog(s). After you fill out an application, we will verify your references and do a brief home inspection. If all goes well, we will deliver Memphis to you for a small adoption fee. You will also have the option to purchase a large wire kennel for an additional fee. We then ask that you sign our adoption contract. We will do a follow-up visit approximately two weeks to one month after the adoption to ensure that Memphis is adjusting well to his new home and that he is happy and healthy.
We feel our adoption process is the best way to vet good owners and to guard against people seeking dogs for dog fighting, bait dogs, and/or dog sales. We only have our rescue dogs' best interest in mind and we do everything we can to ensure that they go to the very best home and that it's the perfect fit.
