Don't be fooled by the sad look on Trixie's face. She's actually a very happy dog who loves to play. She's just not a big fan of having her pic taken.
Trixie is a 3 yea old Lab/Greyhound mix. Her former owner spent a ton of time with her, and it shows. She's already housebroken and crate trained. She also knows Sit, Stay, Come and Shake.
But when her owner passed away unexpectedly a few months ago, Trixie found herself living with his ex-wife who did not have permission to have Trixie in her home. She tried to make it work for a couple months, but eventually, the landlord said Trixie needed to go.
Trixie is great with other dogs, cats and kids. She also walks well on the leash and loves to play fetch.
You can meet Trixie Monday through Saturday 1pm to 7pm.
