Sookie and Winky are two loving sisters. Sookie is a grey/brown tortie and Winky is a reddish/brown torbie. They were born around 9/16/13 and adopted as kittens, but unfortunately their owner developed severe allergies.
Sookie is outgoing and adventurous. She likes to explore new places and climb up the cat tower to watch over the apartment. If she wants your attention, she will come and meow softly, sometimes grabbing your arm or hand with her paws to pull your hand to her and have you pet her. Sookie will let you pick her up, but she doesn't prefer it and will meow and let you know when she wants to be put back on the floor. She also likes to sit on your lap, falling asleep as you watch TV.
Winky is the shy one, but is very affectionate with people that she knows. She likes to rest at her spot underneath the couch. When the household is settled and calm, Winky will come over to you. She loves to have her belly rubbed and will purr very loudly, giving you an unhappy stare if you stop when she's not ready for you to. She will come next to you, drop down and roll over ready for her belly to be rubbed. She's cautious with new strangers, but she will become affectionate once she gets used to them.
Both girls love their play time. They will endlessly chase their toy or laser, or take turns play-chasing each other. The girls are bonded and should be adopted together.
