Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe is a beautiful girl with a cute little trot that is not happy being inside all the time. She likes inside time and outside time. THIS IS NOT A BARN CAT OR A CAT THAT WILL WANT TO BE OUTSIDE ALL THE TIME. She likes her humans and wants attention and affection from you. She will let you know when she wants to get out for a breath of fresh air.

She loves petting and talks to you. She can live with other dogs/cats once she gets to know them however there may be some grumbling until she gets comfortable, if they invade "her space" she will grumble and run off. But in time she will live peaceably with others and pretty much ignore other animals.

So now we are going to do as Phoebe has been telling us all along - that she needs her outside time too. She will sit at the window and cry wanting to be outside - and when she gets her fill outside - will want to come in and lounge around with you. She is not a demanding cat - until her clock tells her it is time to go outside and she will let you know by talking to you.
