Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ruby came to us from a local shelter. She does not like to be startled because I believe she has been abused. She is extremely loving and sweet with people and other dogs she gets along with very well. She does not like to be picked up without seeing who's picking her up. She will nip if you reach down and grab her. Mini dachshunds will do that. She would do better in a calm home rather than one that is full of noise and kids. While she is good with kids I would recommend that they be older and not under 10. She is a well-built strong girl and not overweight she eats well. She does not really care to crate but we are working on that. She is house trained and dog door trained as well. Her adoption fee is $200.
