My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPTED!!

Meet Sampson!
Sam is a year old and he's a boxer/labrador mix - he's inherited the best of both breeds! He's absolutely adorable and incredibly loyal! He loves to give kisses, and he LOVES to play! Sam gets along great with other dogs and he even likes cats! He does try to play with them, but a quick no if the cat isn't the playing type, is all he needs to stop. Sampson is shy when he first meets new people - He needs time and reassurance that nothing bad is going to happen to him and then he's your best friend! He has had one accident since he's been with us (on the first day here!), but hasn't had one since! Sampson was tested with food aggression towards humans and he passed with flying colors! He rides great in the car too! Sampson was brought into rescue on 9/24 and as we get to know him more, his bio will update! Sampson's looking for his own happy ending in a home with people who will love him just as much as he loves them!

Email his foster mom for more info, pictures or an adoption application at
JGuyDHR23@yahoo.com! Read below for his background story!

Sampson's adoption fee is $175 which covers his deworming, flea preventative, alteration, rabies vaccination, heartworm testing and DHLPP vaccinations!

Background:
*This information is what we are told by the shelter he came from - We don't always know the background information!
Sampson had gotten loose and was hit by a car - He suffered minor injuries and was taken to Morrow County Dog Shelter in Mt. Gilead, OH. He had a collar and rabies tag, so the shelter workers called the vet listed on the tag and was told his name was Chunk and gave them his owners info. They tried contacting her, and they weren't able too. Finally, the daughter called and advised them the owner moved to Columbus and abandoned him. This is all the information we have!
