KIRBY 5 yr old Blue Nosed Pittie~Cuddling is his forte, ******Woodbury, CT 06798******An energetic five-year-old, this bright-eyed, floppy-eared sweetheart will still your heart with just one look. With a gorgeous silver coat and a kind, generous attitude, Kirby, fka Crimson, is perfect on the outside and in. He is right there with you on long walks, but, once you get him home, he is perfectly calm. He loves and charms every person he meets (even the vet staff!), wants to give kisses and wiggles to all, and hugs if you like them, and allows all kinds of handling. All he asks for is a soft bed for snuggles, a chew toy, and a human to love. He loves nothing more than to chew his bone or a rubber ball while you sit by his side. Oh, and he gives as much as he gets – giving kisses and getting scratches and belly rubs. He’s a dog’s dog, a 50 lb. terrier mix who will perfectly fill that dog-sized hole in your heart. He was found in a city shelter and rescued the day he was set to be euthanized. He wasn’t in the best shape at first. He had pneumonia, raw paws from tough days alone on the streets of New York, and a skin infection. But his loving foster parents nursed him back to perfect health, and now he is ready for his new life to begin. Perfectly housetrained and healthy, Kirby will be great in a house or small apartment.
