Hello! I was sitting in a pound worried about my future when something good happened - a local vet tech school came and got me out so I could help the students learn about becoming vet techs. I have a lot of fun here at school and am treated very well, I get lots of attention. And they are helping me find a new home so I will have a place of my very own at the end of the semester which is December 7, 2018.
This is Daffy. He is a three month old male pit hound mix. Male. About 24 pounds for now. Friendly and playful:) likes other dogs, loves people. Good with older kids. He did very well with house training over Thanksgiving weekend when he went home with one of the students, no accidents in the house

NOTE: This dog was pulled from a pound by a local school to help teach students become vet assistants. The semester will be over December 07, 2018. We are helping this dog find an adoptive home or a rescue group by then. Adoption fee is $85 for dogs and includes spay/neuter, shots, heartworm testing for dogs, microchip, deworm, flea preventative.
