Hello! I was sitting in a pound worried about my future when something good happened - a local vet tech school came and got me out so I could help the students learn about becoming vet techs. I have a lot of fun here at school and am treated very well, I get lots of attention. And they are helping me find a new home so I will have a place of my very own at the end of the semester which is December 7, 2018.
We love Porky. He is a chow maybe corgi? or heeler? mix, he is male, about 4 years old, He is 46lbs.
This guy loves everyone, he likes to go in the car with you, and loves it, he gets along with the other dogs. He has manners, doesn't jump, he knows how to sit.
He is shorter legged than it may appear in the pictures.

NOTE: This dog was pulled from a pound by a local school to help teach students become vet assistants. The semester will be over December 07, 2018. We are helping this dog find an adoptive home or a rescue group by then. Adoption fee is $85 for dogs and includes spay/neuter, shots, heartworm testing for dogs, microchip, deworm, flea preventative.
