Hi,
I’m the beautiful Siamese Riddle, and my sister here is my dark partner in crime Haiku! I am mostly blind and have “selective hearing”, but that doesn’t stop my adventurous spirit! My goal is to climb every cat tree and win every kitty fight with my sister Haiku. I love looking out of the windows. It’s so bright and colorful, even though everything is really fuzzy. I also love to investigate the house, and munch on monsters to lovingly protect my foster family. Monsters come in all shapes and sizes. They might look like straws, or gift bows, or feathers to you, but don’t worry, I’ve got your back.
Hello? Excuse me? It’s my turn to talk now! Helllloooooo people! I’m the dark-haired beauty, Haiku. Sometimes known as “Hi Ku” or “Krazy. Kuku”. Call me anything you like, just don’t call me late for supper. While Riddle is the night owl, I take the morning shift. First, I cuddle the humans ‘til they awaken, then lovingly remind them to make breakfast. The best part of waking up is kibble in your cup!
I’m a great a great snuggler if I do say so myself. Riddle says she can feel my purrs across the house. After breakfast, I pick up my favorite toy (a ball with a jingle bell inside) and play soccer all over the house with my foster sis, Kiki. Gotta keep my girlish figure because I love to eat. We chase each other up and down the cat tree, through the tunnels, and under the bed.
When Kiki gets tired, I go find Riddle. She is always up for a battle after her morning nap. She’s pretty fierce, so when it looks like she’s winning, I just start grooming her which calms her down immediately. Haiku for the win!
Luckily, we were rescued by SOS Cat Rescue from the euthanasia list at the Pinal shelter. We were in pretty rough shape when we showed up, with head injuries and upper respiratory infections. SOS saved our lives and provided excellent medical care. We now have a clean bill of health, and are doing great! Without SOS, we wouldn’t even be around to tell our “tails”.
We are so grateful to be given the chance to grow into the adventurous cuddle bugs we are today. But now we need your help. We need a purrever home. That’s where YOU come in. Won’t you be our hero and give us a chance?
