Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oso is a very sweet young boy whose time was up at a county kill shelter in Texas. It would have been such a shame to lose him. Oso is one lucky guy..... you see, he was supposed to have been euthanized for space the day before, but by some miracle he was spared another day. Luckily for him, a foster family stepped up to save his life mere hours before his second deadline. His foster family tells us that he is the best behaved dog they have ever fostered - he is even better behaved than their own dogs. He greets new people with his paw raised and loves to shake hands to introduce himself. He sits and shakes on command. He is also house trained and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes (he currently lives with a chihuahua and mini dachshund in his foster home). He loooooooves to cuddle with his foster dad and follows him everywhere he goes. His fur is very soft so he is the perfect cuddle buddy! He is very calm and gentle with everyone he meets, as well as with other dogs. We believe he is a Dutch Shepherd/Plott Hound mix who is approximately 1 year old. He is a FANTASTIC dog who would love a home and people of his very own! **Oso is currently in his foster home in Houston, Texas.
