My name is Mancha, and can I just tell you, I am pretty much the perfect dog! I don't like to brag, but it's the truth! Okay, okay, okay, maybe there's one little thing I need to work on, but hey, almost perfect is pretty amazing too, right!?!?
Alright, full disclosure, my one area of improvement is that I am only partially housetrained at the moment, but I am almost there, and with a little bit of patience and guidance, I will master this and make you proud! That's it! That's my only imperfection! I know, I know it's hard to believe, but really once I tell you a little bit more about myself, you'll see it for yourself, fall in love, and will want to be my forever human, I promise!
So here's me. Let's start with the basics - I am 2 years old and I was rescued from the Dominican Republic, and I am super happy to be here in Canada! I'm cute (obviously!), I am crate trained, and walk correctly on leash! Although my exercise needs are average, I still enjoy talking walks, and love meeting new doggo friends on the way! I ride well in cars, so let's take that road trip together!
I don't suffer from separation anxiety, so if you need to head off to work so you can afford to buy me new toys, I fully support you! All I ask when you return home at the end of the day is some playtime, and some cuddles! I love doing both! I am also really quiet, like REALLY QUIET! - my foster dad says he hasn't heard me make one noise, so whether you live in a house or an apartment, I am fine living in either one!
I am playful and friendly with other dogs I meet while going on walks, but I am currently the only dog living in my foster home, so I would totally be okay being the only dog in your home! I haven't come across cats yet, so I can't tell you for sure how I would react if I ever finally meet one. I don't live with children right now either, but I have shown zero signs of aggression, so I think with a slow and proper introduction, I would be okay around them.
So now do you believe me? That I am pretty much perfect? Reach out to my rescuers so you can hurry up and adopt me, already! I'm here waiting, with my tail wagging!
