My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella is a very pretty, gentle, and easy going girl. She is about 62 lbs, so is somewhat smaller than many greyhounds. She is already home acclimated, walks very nicely on a leash, rides fine in a car, and loves to go for walks and to the dog park. She never raced, but has excellent bloodlines and has raised two litters of pups. She was born on April 22, 2003, and is in very good condition. Her registered name is "Oneco Babybella". Unlike some greyhounds, Bella is quite a good watch dog. She is quiet in the house, but will bark if she hears something outside or if someone comes to the door. Bella would do fine in a home as an only dog, or with a laid-back dog. She likes to have lots of attention and human contact, and is learning to have excellent manners. Contrary to what many people think, Greyhounds do not need a lot of exercise and are content to lie around the house most of the day until their people get home. Then they are ready for their daily walk and will not let you get by without taking them. Bella certainly enjoys her daily walks and would love to go to a home that will keep up that tradition. Her $225 adoption fee includes her spay, teeth cleaning, all vaccines, 3-yr rabies vaccine, microchip, leash and collar, grooming mit, stuffie toy, adoption guide, toothbrush, and tooth gel.
