My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Goose, a gentle, patient, affectionate, and loving kitty.  He enjoys playing with his toy fishing rod but his current foster mom says that he loves to love his people even more!

Every one who meets Goose falls under his spell. He is pretty adaptable and settled into his current home quickly. He has no behavioral issues and he uses the litter box and scratching post like a champ!

He is estimated to be 10 years old. He was rescued from Sonoma and it is clear that he was once well loved because he loves to be loved but fine being independent as well.

Fun facts: Goose is a bit of a talker, especially at meal time! His food needs are basic; he really likes Fancy Feast (non fish) wet food and he has dry food available but his clear preference is for wet food.

While Goose is not a lap sitter per se, he has sat on his current foster’s lap on numerous occasions.  That said, he prefers to sit at her feet while she watches TV!

For more information on how to meet Goose, please contact Debbie, Jake's Place Adoption Manager, at 415-548-0824 or visit http://www.jakesplacecatrescue.org
