Molly is a 3 year old, 11 pound Yorkie mix available for adoption. We don't know exactly what Molly's home life was like but she does have some behavioral issues that will require just the right adopter.
Molly does have resource guarding issues. If she has a toy she will growl at you if you try to take it and she will snap at you if you continue. She also aggressively grabs treats from your hand and will get your fingers if you aren't careful.
She can also be a very loving, sweet lap dog who loves to give kisses. She walks well on a leash and is fine when she sees other dogs out walking. She does like to be held once she trusts the person holding her. She is housebroken, up to date on shots and spayed.
Molly will need to go to a home with no young children. Probably best no children at all. She would probably have issues with another dog in the house over food, treats or toys. She would do well with an older couple or someone home a lot. She will need someone with patience, but willing to work with her to let her know this is unacceptable behavior. Probably some work with a trainer to help with her behavioral issues would be best. If these issues are not something you are willing to work on with her then please don't submit an application.
