My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi I’m Noble! Want to be best friends?!? I would like to be EVERYONE’S best friend. Whether it be the stranger on the street or a tiny dog who hates me; I haven’t met anyone I didn’t want to be best friends with yet. I’m a super happy boy. I’ve had heartworm and have completed my treatment.

They say I’m like a cartoon character that has come to life. See those pictures where my mouth is open and in looks like I’m smiling? That’s what I look like pretty much all the time.
My foster family has really enjoyed watching the goofball things I do: Sometimes I bump into things when I am walking and watching you at the same time; I’ve stepped in the water dish after head-butting my foster mom with so much excitement; the other day I even got myself all wrapped in the blanket and almost fell off the couch. I have lots of energy and really like to play with my fur-foster bothers and my foster parents. Sometimes I get so excited I get the “zoomies” in the backyard. So I need some space to burn this energy; no apartments for me please.

I have learned so many wonderful things since I have been with my foster family. I now sit, and lay down on command. I also am pretty good at coming when called. I even wait for them to wipe my feet when I come in if I get a treat for it. I really enjoy learning new things so teach me lots. I’m learning to walk well on a leash. I’m still so excited about everything new outside, so I occasionally pull but I’m learning. I might pick up some things that are not toys but I am really good once I have been told something is not a toy at not attempting to play with it again.

When I finally am done playing and running around, I like a good snuggle with my people. I am very affectionate and really like just being near you. When people are watching TV sometimes I even just rest my head on their feet or lean on them.

I am not a fan of the crate and get quite upset when I am in there. I have been a good boy when I am left out and at night I usually sleep on the couch or outside the bedroom door.

I have soft, collie-like fur. I do shed, however so not great for people with allergies. I am house trained although my foster family does let me out quite often that I rarely have had to ask to go out. I sometimes bark but it is usually when I am so excited to see you or if I am excited wanting someone to play with me.

My foster parents say I am such a nice and fun boy and that someone out there is going to be so lucky to adopt me. I can’t wait to find my furever family, could it be you? Maybe you are my next best friend!!”

As my foster family gets to know me my profile can change and will be updated accordingly. Check back often for details! An application for me can be found at www.justpawsanimalrescue.com.
